1.  Who is Pilates for?    
Pilates is for all ages and levels of fitness. If you have a special condition, injury or a pregnant, it is best to get approval and advice from your GP.

Pilates improves in back pain because it focuses on core stability, pelvic floor control and body alignment. This all helps to promote a healthy spine and a stronger and stable body alignment.

3.  What is Core Stability?
Core Stability is concerned with muscle that support the spine sometimes known as the 'girdle of strength'
